About Us

Buckhead Charlotte was established in 2012 following Sysco’s acquisition of Poseidon Seafood. We are a local specialty meat fabrication shop serving North and South Carolina, supplying three Sysco locations. While we produce a range of meats, including pork, beef, and lamb, our primary focus is on pork for the Sysco RDC. We proudly offer the finest whole or fresh cuts of beef, veal, pork, wild game, and seafood available in the marketplace.
