About Us

Fulton Provisions was opened in Portland by the Walther Family in 1921. The Walthers were craftsmen with a long standing reputation for high quality meats, servicing the most high end restaurants and clubs in Portland. Fulton Provisions was purchased by Sysco in 2003, and later changed it’s name to Newport Meat Portland.
